Gena Terrell is the Owner of GT Land Services, a Dallas/Fort Worth–based consulting firm providing expert support in residential land development and construction management. With over 15 years in the engineering consulting and 15 years dedicated to residential land development, Gena brings rare depth and practical insight to every phase of a project — from early feasibility studies to final lot delivery.

As a Development Consultant Manager, Gena specializes in guiding single-family subdivisions from concept through completion, conducting or reviewing feasibility analyses, reviewing engineering plans, and overseeing construction. She has successfully delivered many communities across DFW — both standalone and large master-planned developments.

Gena has worked with the majority of homebuilders throughout North Texas and understands how to plan subdivisions that are both appealing to homebuyers and economically viable for land developers and builders. Her cumulative knowledge allows her to mitigate costly errors beginning at the engineering plan stage and continuing through construction and lot delivery.

Inspired to create GT Land Services after recognizing a need for experienced, adaptable consulting support in the market, Gena built her firm to serve a wide range of companies with precision, integrity, and efficiency.
